Return Policy
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the ordered items, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receiving them.
In this case, your order must meet the following conditions:
- The order still contains all the correct parts and components, and the packaging is in the same condition as when it was delivered.
- Normal handling of the product is visible; damage due to improper handling is excluded.
- Products where hygiene plays an important role must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process.
- The product has a defect immediately upon receipt.
We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
A return will be processed within 7 business days and, if the conditions are met, officially confirmed within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged due to the customer's fault.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

- Ensure that the email includes the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product in case of breakage
- First name + last name of the customer
- Customer’s address
We will contact you and provide you with the return address.
Never send the return package to the sender’s address; we will provide you with the correct address after your request. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase under the following conditions if they are a natural person entering into a transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their trade, business, or self-employment.
A. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Right of Withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receive the final item of your order.
Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after placement. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery has been completed, meaning a refund is only possible after the item has been received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Leah and Sienna, through a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal process is completed once we have received the returned goods. The cost of return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Shipment Tracking
As our products are shipped from Asia, there may be extended delivery times beyond our control. If your package is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the item and then return it.
Of course, you may notify us in advance of your withdrawal. To ensure the fastest possible return process, we ask that you provide us with a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, except for shipping costs (excluding additional costs resulting from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be issued without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal and the returned goods.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA.
